Staff

     Im the guy who decided after college to forget about that degree I had just recieved, and went out and bought a tractor and some seeds.  I have been farming for six years now, and learn more every season.  I'll be 27 in April and when there's some free time, I enjoy golfing and working on my 1968 Mustang. 

     These are all the people who help me kep Hartz Produce going each year.  Lorie and Loren are my parents, they both help with fieldwork while my mom loves to pick strawberries and help me at the market, my dad likes to run equipment.   

     My grandpa helped me to get started by renting some of his ground to me, and he goes to the market with us twice each week and keeps us laughing.

     Scott joined the team last year because I couldnt pick all those green beans myself! He worked with me full time before returning to school.  He got lots of experience with weeding, planting, watering, harvesting, washing and more. 

     Mike and Nate both started this summer, and are doing great.  Mike brings previous experience from his own vegetable garden and both have a  hard working attitude.  They will both be valuable additions to the farm
